This year’s conference theme is Together, and we’re using it as a chance to properly introduce our new positioning: Artfully Digital.

Prize draw T&Cs

Terms and conditions for our game and prize draw at the AMA.

The promoter

This game is run by Hans de Kretser Associates Ltd (registered office address: Unit G3, 128 Hoxton Street, London, United Kingdom, N1 6SH).

These terms apply to both the Artfully Digital Drawing Challenge and the consultation prize draw described below.

Eligibility

1. Open to attendees of the AMA conference 2026, Leeds Playhouse, 15 to 17 July 2026, aged 18 or over.

2. Not open to HDK employees or their immediate families.

3. One entry per person across both draws.

How to enter the drawing challenge

4. Complete a 60 second self portrait using the tablet and drawing pen provided at the HDK stand. This generates an entry number.

5. Submit your entry number, along with your name, organisation, role and email address, via our conference form at https://forms.gle/eDKPwtPuf8uHMUya6.

6. Entries must be submitted by 3pm on Friday 17 July 2026.

7. Entries without a valid entry number cannot be included in the draw.

Drawing challenge prize

8. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the conference closes.

9. The prize is one ReMarkable Paper Pure. No cash alternative is offered.

10. HDK reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances require this.

How to enter the consultation prize draw

11. On the same form, tell us if you’d like to be entered into our secondary draw for a free 30 minute digital marketing consultation with follow-up action plan.

12. This is a separate, optional draw. You can enter the drawing challenge without entering this draw, and vice versa.

13. Entries must be submitted by 3:15pm on Friday 17 July 2026.

Action Planning Session prize

14. Up to 10 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries to this draw.

15. Winners will be sent a short pre-consultation questionnaire, to confirm suitability and tailor the session to their goals.

16. The session is a 30 minute 1-1 consultation on one digital marketing topic of the winner’s choosing, and includes a follow-up audit and action plan.

17. The Action Planning Session has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for an alternative prize.

Winner selection and notification

18. Winners of both draws will be contacted by email using the address provided on the form, within 3 business days of the conference closing.

19. If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days of first contact, HDK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

20. HDK’s decision on all winners is final.

Your information

21. Submitting the form allows HDK to contact you about the outcome of the draw or draws you’ve entered, and about the drawing challenge and consultation prize specifically.

22. You will only be added to HDK’s mailing list if you’ve given separate, explicit agreement to this on the form.

23. Entrants agree that their drawing may be used by HDK for marketing purposes, including on our website and social channels.

24. HDK handles all personal data in line with our privacy policy, available at https://wearehdk.com/privacy-cookies-policy.

25. This promotion is run by HDK and is not associated with the Arts Marketing Association or with Google Forms.

26. HDK reserves the right to amend or withdraw either draw at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

27. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
