Over the next year, HdK is growing its team further with some exciting new roles. HdK is always looking for exceptional people to join the team. We are recruiting for either a Web Support Developer or a Web Support Manager to join HdK. We will make one appointment, based on the experience, strengths, and working style of the right candidate.

  • Web Support Developer

    We’re looking for a Web Support Developer. This role is focused on hands-on client support and technical problem-solving steps. You’ll work closely with the support system and team to maintain websites and grow your skills. This job is ideal for someone with web developer experience who is interested in working with websites for clients who are predominantly in the arts sector across theatre, dance, music organisations, creative artists and artist management as well as other not for profit organisations and occasional commercial companies.   • Web Support Manager

    We’re looking for a Web Support Manager. This role includes leadership of the support offering, supporting and developing the team, shaping processes and driving service improvement, in addition to hands-on support work. This job is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, has web developer experience who is interested in working with websites for clients who are predominantly in the arts sector across theatre, dance, music organisations, creative artists and artist management as well as other not for profit organisations and occasional commercial companies. Salary range: £32,000 - £35,000

In 2025/26 we anticipate the creation of some new roles in the team as well as developing relationships with freelancers to augment the team at busy times. As well as web designers and WordPress developers we’re interested to hear from people who have strong experience with UX, User Journey and Wire-framing experience as well as project managers, tech leads and web support specialists.

We’re also interested in people with skills across digital marketing including PPC, SEO, content creation, video creation and animation. Finally, we’re interested in creating a new position for our first in house web developer as well as a part time company manager.

Interns

HdK also has experience providing meaningful internships. Previously two interns went on to be full time employees including the creation of a new position within the company. We would be interested in anyone who is interested in developing a career and skills around Project Management, Digital Design or Digital Marketing.
