Meet the team
Hans de Kretser
Director and Project Manager
Hans has a background working in arts organisations like English National Opera and Sadler's Wells where he specialised in digital marketing when it all started. Since then he's helped over three hundred arts organisations with their online presence.
Raf has been part of HdK for over 15 years. An MA graduate from Central Saint Martins, Raf specialised in Communications Design and Digital Media. He understands all aspects of design, including user experience and branding.
Client Relationship Manager
Phoebe is our Client relationship manager, here to build strong relationships with new clients and ensure they're provided with a bespoke service that's right for them before handing over to the project teams for delivery. She started out with HdK as our Digital marketing manager and has a background in PR, communications and editorial, managing client campaigns and accounts for several years.
Meg creates and delivers consulting services for clients across the arts, culture and heritage sectors helping them reach wider audiences and deepen engagement. After three years managing the marketing services team at HdK, Meg is now Account Manager, dedicating her time to nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
Senior Project Manager
Lavita is a Senior Project Manager with 12 years of experience in digital. She has worked across projects in different industries with various scopes and budgets, and is experienced in a range of content management systems (CMS). Lavita takes satisfaction from maintaining positive client relationships and finding creative solutions to meet their needs.
After completing her dance degree, Antonia found her feet in arts marketing. She has over 5 years experience working in arts and culture and is excited to take this further with HdK. As the Digital Project Manager, she supports our clients and web team to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
Technical Lead and Developer
Jannick handled the making of digital content and technical builds throughout his career. With a wealth of experience in creating and maintaining websites, and as a dance artist himself, he brings a great understanding of technology and its implementations.
Web Support Developer
Linus is one of our Web Support Developers and assists clients with website updates and feature requests. A graduate of Makers Academy, he has a passion for Web Development and has diverse experience in a number of customer facing roles across several different industries.
Web Support Coordinator
Victoria assists the web team with site updates and project preparation. Her background is in Contemporary dance having graduated from Trinity Laban in 2020. Victoria's interest in the visual arts and interactive architecture led her to learn to code.
Nic is a Graphic Designer with over 20 years experience designing both for print and digital across a wide range of sectors, from tourism and arts organisations through to local start ups and corporate branding.
Sarah first joined HdK in 2017 and has returned in 2022 to support in marketing the team's services and bringing new clients to HdK. Sarah is an expert in B2B marketing, copywriting and social media in the arts, having spent 5 years managing Tate's social media platforms, with over 10 million followers worldwide.
Film & Editing
Peter has been filming and editing trailers and features for HdK for over 12 years. He began his career in the UK TV industry in 1995 and progressed into production and worked on reality TV, short documentaries and film productions as well as making films for the public, arts and corporate sector sector.
Graphic Designer and Animator
Gilad creates striking and refined digital assets for use across online platforms, from still graphics to dynamic posters, animated videos and GIFs.
Associate Senior Developer
Greig has 20 years experience building websites as well following a succesful career as a dancer.
Chad is a developer with a passion for working in the humanities. He has a Masters in Fine Art from the University of Cape Town and has a deep skillset having worked as a designer, educator, editor, artist and writer.
Pets of HdK
The dogs, cats, bunnies and birds of HdK ensure that we meet our monthly tail wagging, ear flopping and feather ruffling quotas. The pet department are rarely in the office unless they're promised treats of the highest standard - but if you're lucky, you'll see them in Google Meet.
