We began by running an in-depth audit and sculpting their goals and ideas into practical plans to implement. We created a social media strategy and provided an action plan to make some internal changes that improve their social media marketing. Over time, we moved onto streamlining their social media processes, running an upskilling service with some members of the team. This involved working on brand storytelling, campaign planning, tracking and reporting, creative problem solving and confidence building.
HdK also ran a TikTok strategy and implementation service, supporting the team to develop a student content creator programme and launch onto the platform. The result has been a TikTok channel that embraces the nature of the platform, whilst authentically reflecting Trinity Laban’s identity. With content created by students across the conservatoire, HdK have supported the team to curate a collaborative and creative TikTok presence.
