All In

Arts Council England

Website

In April 2023, HdK began working with Arts Council England on their new project, All In, a new UK arts access scheme for D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people.

All In removes barriers so that organisations across the UK can welcome more people with access requirements through their doors. We were delighted to deliver the new website for All In - the first phase of this 2 year project.

In November 2023 we launched the first phase of All In, following a collaborative website design and development process. Working alongside Four Communications who developed All In’s brand, and in partnership with Accessible by Design, HdK created an accessible, intuitive and thoroughly user-tested website.

At every stage from wireframing through to design and build, HdK took on board valuable feedback from access advisory groups. In partnership with Accessible by Design, a testing group with a variety of accessibility requirements reviewed the user experience, highlighting functions and features that could be improved. All In continue to welcome feedback from anyone who has recommendations for improvement.

"We’ve had a really positive experience working with HdK so far. The team have really taken the time to properly understand our needs, not only for specific elements of our website, but also the background to the project. This has allowed us to get to good quality solution quickly and with the minimum of fuss. As a project focused around access, digital accessibility has been a particular focus for the project. Not only has HdK delivered us a site that meets that standard, but they have taken us on the design journey with them, so we’ve been able to fully understand the approach taken and the research and reasoning that has led to different solutions."
